Dear Members of PANC,We will be voting for the Board of Directors at our next dinner. We will vote using a list system. If you would like to propose your own list, you must make a list of people you feel will be right for each position, and then submit it.

The list must have at most a President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer, Event Coordinator and 2 Non-Executive Board Members, if you feel that you can create a smaller list and still succeed in completing all tasks required by the Association, then feel free to submit your list for voting.

Each list submitted will be given a letter (A, B, C, etc.) and then will be voted upon at our April dinner (or by absentee ballots, which will be provided by the current Board). For example, if you like our current list of board members, but you feel that you have more experience at being the President, then you can add all the current members, and then just replace your name in the Presidents spot, as was said at the last dinner, there will be no hard feelings if anyone’s spot is taken over but we hope everything in the Association will be continued.If you have a list to submit, please send it to info@ncportugal.org by next Thursday at the latest. No late submissions will be accepted. Also, you must contact any person before adding them to a list, and they must agree to participate.

Anyone not able to attend the dinner who wants to vote must send an email to info@ncportugal.org by next Thursday at the latest.
